Structural features
The length of the pump shaft of the electric slurry pump inserted into the liquid is usually between 800-2000 mm. There is no bearing between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is used. It can transport media containing a large concentration of solid particles. This design makes the pump unnecessary for shaft seals and shaft seal water during operation, reducing maintenance requirements.

Electric slurry pumps are widely used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food plants, printing and dyeing industries, and are used to pump concentrated liquid, thick oil, oil residue, dirty liquid, mud, mortar, quicksand, and flowing sludge in urban sewage ditches.
Material and durability
The flow-through parts of the electric slurry pump are made of high-hardness alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and can extend the service life. In addition, the key parts inside the pump body, such as the impeller, sleeve and pump casing, are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, such as high-chromium alloy, which can effectively resist the scouring and impact of particles.
Maintenance and operation
The bearing temperature of the electric slurry pump should not exceed 35°C above the ambient temperature, and the maximum should not exceed 75°C. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based grease to ensure normal lubrication of the bearing. The grease in the motor support oil cup should be replaced within the first month of operation or after 100 hours of operation, and then replaced every 2000 hours of operation. Regularly check the temperature rise of the elastic coupling and motor bearings. If noise or unusual sounds are found, stop the inspection immediately.
