Slurry pumps use the centrifugal force principle to transport liquids containing solid particles (such as ore pulp and ash slurry) and are widely used in mining, power and other industries. Its core component, the impeller (usually with a speed of 500-3000rpm), rotates at high speed under the drive of a motor or diesel engine, forming a low-pressure area to suck in liquid, and then accelerates the liquid to 10-30m/s and converts it into high pressure (up to 2.5MPa) through the volute for discharge. Key parameters include flow rate (10-6000m³/h), head (10-150m) and allowable particle diameter (≤50mm). The specially designed wear-resistant lining (hardness above HRC60) can extend the service life and is suitable for high-concentration (solid content ≤60%) medium transportation.
