Working Principle
PIPELINE PUMP is mainly composed of key components such as pump body, impeller, pump shaft, bearing and sealing device. The pump body is usually made of high-strength cast iron or stainless steel. The impeller converts mechanical energy into kinetic energy and pressure energy of the fluid through high-speed rotation. The pump shaft connects the impeller and the motor, and the bearing reduces friction and improves operating efficiency. The sealing device prevents fluid leakage, and common ones are mechanical seals and packing seals.

Structural composition
Pump body and pump cover: As the main pressure-bearing parts, they are usually made of cast iron or stainless steel, with a volute flow channel inside to guide the movement of the fluid.
Impeller and power transmission system: The impeller adopts a backward curved blade design to transfer kinetic energy to the fluid through centrifugal force. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor and adopts a direct-connected structure to reduce energy loss.
Seal and bearing device: The shaft seal mostly adopts mechanical seals or combined seals, and the bearing system balances the radial/axial loads through an optimized layout to ensure low-vibration operation.
Motor and pipeline interface: The motor is rigidly connected to the pump body through the base, with a power range of 0.37-160 kW, and the inlet and outlet pipes are coaxially designed to support horizontal or vertical installation.
