Lubricating oil replacement cycle: After the slurry pump runs continuously for 600-800 hours, the lubricating oil needs to be completely replaced to ensure the lubrication of the pump
Overhaul of long-term running pumps: For slurry pumps that are in operation for a long time, regular overhaul and planned maintenance are the key to extending their service life. The overhaul cycle and overhaul items should be appropriately adjusted according to the purpose, usage status, impeller wear degree, and butter deficiency. If necessary, overhaul should be carried out in advance.
Maintenance cycle under different usage frequencies
Daily maintenance: Check the operation of the slurry pump every day or every shift, such as checking whether the pressure, flow and current of the pump are normal; whether the horizontal and vertical degrees of the pump are normal, whether the frame is cracked or deformed, etc.; whether the bearings, seals and shaft seals are normal, whether there is leakage, etc.
Short-term shutdown of the pump (weekly): The spare slurry pump should be rotated 1/4 turn per week to make the bearings evenly bear the static load and external vibration
Long-term shutdown of the pump (before starting): If the slurry pump has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to rinse the sediment in the pump before starting
New pump or sealed pump (first 50 hours): After the new slurry pump or sealed slurry pump has been run-in (first 50 hours), maintenance work is required to check whether there are any abnormalities in the accessories of each part and whether the wiring of each accessory is normal, etc.
